How long is the processing time?
2 to 3 business days. Please note that during sales or promotions, process time may be longer than expected.
Orders
Can I use more than one promo code on an order?
We only accept one promo code per order.
How do I know if my order was placed?
You will receive a confirmation email along with an order number. You will also receive another email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
I did not receive a confirmation email or a shipping tracking number. What should I do?

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and shipping information.
My order never arrived, what should I do?

The product I received is damaged, what should I do?

Do you accept International orders?
At this time, we only ship to Canadian and US addresses.
Shipping & Returns
I am a mistake in my shipping address, what should I do?
Please contact us immediately to correct the error as most of out orders are shipped within 24 hours. If your package has already been shipped, you will have to create a new order using the correct address.
Are items returned due to incorrect address/undeliverable?
If your item(s) are returned for this reason, you will have to pay the shipping fee again. Because the item has gone through the shipping process, we are unable to use the same shipping label and will need to create a new one.
What if my item is damaged upon reciept?
We are not responsible for anything caused by the shipping carrier, but we will assist you with providing documentation to file a claim. If your item is received open (product spilling out due to a busted bottle) or broken, we will replace the item free of charge.
Do you issue refunds/returns?
We have a 48 hour return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return with a valid reason (excluding weekends). Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to refund an item simply because you changed your mind. Refunds are mainly issued in cases where the transaction was fraudulent, and we are contacted by the cardholder’s bank or there was an error on our part. All other refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition it was received in, unopened and in its original packaging. To start a return, you must contact us at: Info@shophonestlybare.com . If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. You can always contact us for any return question at: Info@shophonestlybare.com
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
